Pattaya to Jakarta, Sihanoukville to Bangkok, and Bangkok to Siem Reap

May 29th, 2025. Starting from June 25th Thai Lion Air will launch a service linking Pattaya and Jakarta. The flight will operate twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Flight number SL111, which originates in Jakarta, will take off from Soekarno–Hatta International Airport at 12:00 and will arrive at Pattaya’s Utapao Airport at 15:20. The return leg, flight number SL110, takes off from Pattaya at 16:10 and will arrive back in Jakarta at 19:30.

The flight, which lasts three hours and twenty minutes in each direction, will be served by Boeing 737-800 aircraft.

Sihanoukville to Bangkok

Air Cambodia has recently introduced a twice-weekly seasonal service between Sihanoukville and Bangkok. The flight operates on Sundays and Thursdays until August 24th.

Sihanoukville is a major port and oil terminal on Cambodia’s south coast but the area does boast several beaches and offshore islands. The city also has a number of casinos for those who wish to try their luck.

The service, which starts its day in Bangkok as flight number K6727, takes off from Suvarnabhumi Airport at 10:20 and arrives at Sihanoukville International Airport at 11:35. It departs from Sihanoukville, as flight number K6726, at 12:20 and arrives back in Bangkok at 13:35.

The short journey lasts around 70 minutes each way and will be served by Airbus A320 aircraft.

Bangkok to Siem Reap

Commencing on October 1st Thai Airways will launch a daily service between Bangkok and Siem Reap, home of the world-famous temples at Angkor.

Flight number TG588 will depart from Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport at 07:45 and will touch down at Siem Reap–Angkor International Airport at 08:45. The return trip, flight number TG589, departs from Siem Reap at 09:50 and arrives back in Bangkok at 10:55.

The airline will deploy Airbus A320 aircraft and the journey time will be about 60-70 minutes.
