Aeroflot will add Vladivostok to Dalian
May 9th, 2025. Starting on June 26th Juneyao Air will introduce direct flights between Shanghai and Vladivostok, in Russia’s Far East. The city is a major port, a cultural, economic, and scientific centre, and being the terminus of the Trans-Siberian Railway, an important tourist destination. The city’s population count is a little over 600,000 and is ethnically diverse with only about half being Russian.
The service will operate twice a week departing on Sundays and Thursdays. Flight number HO1349 will depart from Shanghai Pudong International Airport at 22:30 and arrive at Vladimir Arsenyev International Airport in Vladivostok at 03:55 the following morning. The return leg, flight number HO1350, takes off from Vladivostok at 04:55 on Mondays and Fridays and arrives back in Shanghai at 06:30.
An Airbus A320 will make the journey which will take a little under four hours for the outbound trip and around three and a half for the return.
Vladivostok to Dalian
Commencing on June 10th Russian flag carrier, Aeroflot will add a twice-weekly service between Vladivostok and Dalian, at the southern end of China’s Liaoning Peninsula. The city was founded by Russians at the tail end of the nineteenth century and still boasts a number of Russian-style colonial buildings.
Flight number SU5470 will depart from Vladivostok at 00:05 on Tuesdays and Saturdays and will arrive at Dalian’s Zhoushuizi International Airport at 00:15 local time. The return leg, flight number SU5471 will leave Dalian at 01:30 and touch down again in Vladivostok at 05:35.
The flight duration will be around two hours and ten minutes in each direction and will be served by Airbus A319 aircraft.
