Virtual Borneo Jazz Festival, June 25-27

Hot on the heels of the virtual Rainforest World Music Festival comers the virtual Borneo Jazz Festival. The online event runs over three days from 6.00-7.30pm Malaysia time (GMT+7) on June 25-27.

There will be performances by a host of local artists including Clinton Jerome Chua, O-Ha Soul Band, Nisa Addina, Ta’Dan and Pete Kallang as well as flashbacks from previous years.

Under normal circumstances the festival would take place in Miri, Northern Sarawak and feature at four local and international artists a day. But the pandemic has put the kibosh on live events everywhere, for this year at least, and an abridged version is all we can look forward to.
