Air Busan to launch seasonal service to Hanoi

December 4th, 2025. VietJet has relaunched daily domestic services from both Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi to Con Dao.

Surrounded by coral reefs, the archipelago is a haven for diving and snorkelling. The diverse marine life features endangered green sea turtles that come to Hon Ba Island to lay eggs. There is also a coastal road that offers a wide range of vistas to enjoy.

Flight number VJ115 departs from Ho Chi Minh’s Tan Son Nhat Airport at 11:00 and touches down at Con Dao Airport at 11:40. The return leg, flight number VJ114,
leaves Con Dao at 09:20 and arrives back in Ho Chi Minh City at 10:05.

The 40-minute flight is served by COMAC C909 aircraft.

From Hanoi, flight number VJ101 departs from Noibai Airport at 06:45 and lands in Con Dao at 08:55. The return trip, flight number VJ102, leaves Con Dao at 12:05 and arrives back in Hanoi at 14:20

This route is also served by the served by COMAC C909 aircraft, but the flight duration lasts a little over two hours each way.

Busan to Hanoi

Air Busan will be launching a short seasonal service between its home base in South Korea and Hanoi. The flight will operate between December 31st and March 1st, and will depart four times a week on Sundays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Flight number BX7395 will take off from Gimhae International Airport, Busan at 20:30 and land at Hanoi’s Noi Bai International Airport at 23:30. Re return trip will depart from Hanoi at 00:40 on Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and arrive back in Busan at 07:05.

The journey time will be about five hours for the outbound flight and about half an hour less for the return. The route will be served by Airbus A321 aircraft.
