Two new routes in SE Asia
And one to Shenzhen

March 6th, 2025. Emirates is extending one of its daily flights between Dubai and Bangkok to serve Danang, in central Vietnam, and Siem Reap, home of the world-famous Angkor Temple and historical park in Cambodia. The Da Nang service will operate on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays with the Siem Reap leg taking the intermediate days; Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays

Starting on June 2nd the existing flight number EK370 will depart from Dubai at 09:00, five minutes later than its current departure time. It will arrive at Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport at 18:25 where there will be a one hour and forty-five minute stop. The flight will continue its journey at 20:10 and land in Da Nang at 21:50.

The return journey, flight number EK371, will take off from Da Nang at 23:30 and land in Bangkok at 01:10 the following day. It departs again at 03:40, after a ninety-minute stop, and arrives back In Dubai at 06:50.

The same flight numbers will serve the Siem Reap leg which will commence on June 3rd. All timings are the same except the flight will land at Siem Reap Angkor Airport at 21:30 and depart at 23:50.

The flight will be served by Boeing 777 aircraft. The duration between Dubai and Bangkok is about six hours and ten minutes outward and seven return. The legs between Bangkok, Da Nang and Siem Reap are approximately 90 minutes each.

During the Bangkok stopover premium passengers will no doubt be allowed to make use of the airline’s new 1,454 square metre lounge at the airport’s Satellite 1 Terminal.

And to Shenzhen

From July 1st the airline will also launch a daily non-stop service to the southern Chinese city of Shenzhen. Flight number EK328 will take off from Dubai at 10:05 and land at Shenzhen International Airport at 22:00. The return leg, flight number EK329, will depart Shenzhen at 23:55 and arrive back in Dubai at 03:40 the following morning.

The duration of the flights is around seven hours and fifty minutes in each direction and a Boeing 777 aircraft will be deployed.
