Two IndiGo flights to the UAE
Coast-to-coast domestic route
April 15th, 2025. India’s popular low-cost carrier is launching flights from both Kannur and Mumbai to Fujairah, in The United Arab Emirates. Both flights will operate daily and will take off in mid-May.
First on the runway will be flight number 6E1503 which will take off from Kannur International Airport on May 15th at 20:55 and arrives at Fujairah International Airport at 23:25. The return trip, flight number 6E1504, departs from Fujairah at 03:40 and lands back in Kannur at 09:00.
The duration of the outbound flight is four hours, the return will be ten minutes less.
The service from Mumbai will start a day later on May 16th. Flight number 6E1501 will depart from Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport at 01:10 and will touch down in Fujairah at 02:40. The return leg, flight number 6E1502 is scheduled to leave Fujairah at 00:25 and land back in Mumbai at 04:50.
The outward flight duration is three hours and the return is five minutes less.
Both the Kannur and Mumbai flights will be served by Airbus 320neo aircraft.
Newly launched domestic services
On the home front, IndiGo has recently launched a coast-to-coast service linking the historic city of Bhubaneswar in Odisha with the popular beach destination, Goa. The service operates four times a week.
On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays flight number GE858 will depart from Bhubaneswar Biju Patnaik International Airport at 11:40 and arrive at Goa’s Dabolim International Airport at 14:00. The return leg GE859 leaves Goa at 15:25 and lands back in Bhubaneswar at 17:35.
The Wednesday service originates in Goa. Flight number 6E259 departs at 11:40 and lands in Bhubaneswar at 14:15. The return journey, flight number 6E258, leaves Bhubaneswar at 14:45 and lands back in Goa at 17:35.
The flight times are around two hours and twenty minutes each way and the airline deploys Airbus A320 aircraft for the service.
