New services to connect the Korean capital with Milan, Budapest, and Washington, DC

December 26th, 2025. South Korea’s Asiana Airlines is lining up two new flights to Europe, the first of which, a service to Milan, will take off on March 31st. The service will operate three times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Flight number OZ581 will take off from Seoul’s Incheon International Airport at 13:40 and will arrive at Malpensa Airport, Milan at 20:00. The return leg, flight number OZ582, departs from Milan at 22:00 and touches down again in Seoul at 16:40 the following afternoon.

The outbound flight will take a little under thirteen and a half hours, and the return will be about two hours shorter. An Airbus A350-900 aircraft will serve the route.

To Budapest

Commencing on April 3rd, the airline will launch a service to Budapest. This will depart twice weekly on Fridays and Sundays.

Flight number OZ547 will depart from Seoul at 12:35 and will land at Budapest’s Ferenc Liszt International Airport at 18:05. The return journey, flight number OZ548, leaves Budapest at 20:00 and arrives back in Seoul at 13:40 the next day.

This route will also deploy an Airbus A350-900 aircraft, and the duration will be about twelve and a half hours for the outward journey and a couple of hours less for the return.

To Washington DC

Air Premia will be introducing a non-stop flight connecting Seoul with Washington, DC. The service launches on April 24th and will operate four times a week.

Flight number YP135 will take off from Seoul at 10:00 on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and will arrive at Washington’s Dulles International Airport at 10:50. The return trip, flight number YP136, will depart from Washington at 13:20 and arrive back in Seoul at 17:55 the following day.

The outbound flight will last almost fourteen hours, and the return flight, a marathon fifteen and a half hours. A Boeing 787-900 aircraft will serve the route.
