New SpiceJet flights to Phuket
Services from both Delhi and Mumbai, plus a Jeju to Taipei service
October 14th, 2025. India’s low-cost carrier, SpiceJet, is adding flights to Thailand’s popular resort island, Phuket, from both Delhi and Mumbai. The flights will operate daily, with the Delhi service taking off on November 1st.
Flight number SG89 will depart from Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi, at 10:25, and will arrive at Phuket International Airport at 16:45. The return leg, flight number SG90, will leave Phuket at 17:55 and arrive back in Delhi at 20:45.
The outbound journey time will be about five hours, and about thirty minutes less for the return. A Boeing 737-800 aircraft will serve the route.
The Mumbai to Phuket service will commence on November 6th. Flight number SG81 will depart from Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport at 12:45 and touch down in Phuket at 19:00. The return leg, flight number SG82, will take off from Phuket at 20:05 and arrive back in Mumbai at 23:15.
The route will be served by Boeing-737-800 aircraft, and the flight duration will be approximately four hours and forty-five minutes in each direction.
Jeju to Taipei
South Korean Carrier, Jin Air, will resume its route between Jeju and Taipei. The service will operate daily starting on October 26th.
Flight number LJ763 will take off from Jeju International Airport at 22:15 and will touch down at Taipei’s Taoyuan International Airport at 23:50. The return journey will depart from Taipei at 02:50 and will land back in Taipei at 06:05.
The flight duration will be around two and a half hours each way and will be served by Boeing B737-900 aircraft.
