New routes from Cambodia to Kuala Lumpur
Domestic route linking Jeju with Ulsan

June 9th, 2025. Commencing on June 17th AirAsia Cambodia will add a service connecting Sihanoukville with Kuala Lumpur. The flight will start its day in Kuala Lumpur and operate three times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Flight number KT174 will take off from Kuala Lumpur International Airport at 10:55 and will touch down at Sihanoukville International Airport at 11:45. The return leg will leave Sihanoukville at 12:15 and land back in Kuala Lumpur at 15:05.

The flights are scheduled to take a little under two hours.

A service connecting Siem Reap with the Malaysian capital will operate daily starting on July 1st. This flight will also originate in Kuala Lumpur with flight number KT172 departing at 13:15 and touching down at Siem Reap–Angkor International Airport at 14:20. The return journey will leave Siem Reap at 15:05 and land back in Kuala Lumpur at 18:20.

The duration of the flights is a little over two hours each way.

Although both flights originate in Kuala Lumpur they are operated by AirAsia Cambodia who will deploy Airbus A320 aircraft on both routes.

Jeju to Ulsan

Air Busan will resume its service linking Jeju, South Korea’s southern island province with Ulsan. The airline last served the route in March 2023. The new service will take off on July 11th with two flights daily.

Flight number BX8300 will depart from Jeju International Airport at 09:20 and land at Ulsan at 10:30. It will return to Jeju as flight number BX8301 which departs from Ulsan at 11:20 and lands back in Jeju at 12:35.

The afternoon service, flight number BX8304, will take off from Jeju at 16:20 and land in Ulsan at 17:20. The return leg, flight number BX8305, leaves Ulsan at 18:10 and arrives back in Jeju at 19:20.

An Airbus A320 will make the journey in about 70 minutes in each direction.
