Jeju Air to launch service between Busan and Phu Quoc
November 3rd, 2025. Hot on the of Air India Express’ new service between Bengaluru and Riyadh, which launched recently, IndiGo Air has opened reservations for its own flights to the Saudi Arabian capital. The service will take off on November 16th and operate five times a week.
“As Saudi Arabia’s capital and a key hub for trade and investment, Riyadh is significant for IndiGo to strengthen air connectivity with India. This new route from Bengaluru marks IndiGo’s fourth non-stop connection to Riyadh, after Delhi, Mumbai, and Hyderabad,” said the airline’s head of sales, Vinay Malhotra.
Flight number 6E53 will depart from Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport at 22:05 on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and will touch down at King Khalid International Airport, Riyadh at 01:20 the next morning. The return leg, flight number 6E54, will leave Riyadh at 02:20 on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and will arrive back in Bengaluru at 09:15.
The route will be served by Airbus A320 aircraft, and the flight time will be about five hours and forty-five minutes for the outward journey and four and a half hours for the return.
Busan to Phu Quoc
Starting on December 17th South Korea’s Jeju Air will launch a daily service between Busan and Vietnam’s Phu Quoc island.
Flight number 7C2355 will hit the runway at Busan’s Gimhae International Airport at 18:55 and will touch down at Phu Quoc International Airport at 23:00. The return journey, flight number 7C2356, will leave Phu Quoc at 00:01 , or one minute past midnight according to the airline’s booking platform, and will arrive back in Busan at 08:00.
The route will be served by Boeing 737-800 aircraft and the journey will last approximatley six hours in each direction.
