Jazeera Airways also to launch a new flight to Dhaka
April 10th, 2026. Gulf Air will be introducing two new routes from Dammam, an industrial port city in Saudi Arabia, to destinations in South Asia. First on the runway will be a twice-weekly service to Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, which takes off on April 11th.
Flight number GF2250 will depart from King Fahd International Airport, Dammam at 09:15 and will land at Dhaka’s Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 18:15. The return leg, flight number GF2251, leaves Dhaka at 19:15 and arrives back in Dammam at 23:10.
The outbound flight duration will be six hours, and the return, a little under seven hours. Boeing 787-9 aircraft will serve the route.
To Islamabad
On April 14th, the airline will add a service connecting Dammam with Islamabad, Pakistan. The flight will operate weekly, on Tuesdays only.
Flight number GF2770 will take off from Dammam at 09:00 and land at Islamabad International Airport at 15:30. The return trip, flight number GF2771, departs from Islamabad at 16:30 and lands back in Dammam at 19:40.
Boeing 787-9 aircraft will serve the route, and the journey time will be four and a half hours for the outbound flight and about forty minutes longer for the return.
Back to Dhaka
Jazeera Airways has also lined up a new service connecting Dammam with Dhaka. The service will take off on April 12th, and will operate three times a week on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Flight number J93531 will depart from Dammam at 06:55 and will land in Dhaka at 16:30. The return leg, flight number J93532, will leave Dhaka at 17:15 and arrive back in Dammam at 21:25.
An Airbus A320 Neo will serve the route. The outbound flight will last about six and a half hours, and the return flight about forty minutes longer.
