From India to the Middle East
Dubai, Doha and Sharjah will all be served, and PIA adds Lahore to London
January 30th, 2026. Air India Express has lined up three new flights to the Middle East. Hyderabad to Dubai, and Bengaluru to both Dubai and Doha. All three flights will operate daily and will launch on March 29th.
First on the runway will be the service linking Hyderabad and Dubai. Flight number IX951 will take off from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad, at 18:50 and will arrive at Dubai International Airport at 21:30. The return leg, flight number IX952, will leave Dubai at 23:10 and arrive back in Hyderabad at 04:50 the next morning.
The journey time will be a little over four hours each way, and the airline will deploy Airbus A320 aircraft.
The service linking Bengaluru and Dubai, flight number IX921, will depart from Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru, at 20:10 and touch down in Dubai at 22:40. The return journey, flight number IX920, will leave Dubai at 23:40 and arrive back in Bengaluru at 05:25.
An Airbus A320 will serve the flight, which will last four hours for the outbound trip and about fifteen minutes longer for the return.
The Bengaluru to Doha route, flight number IX999, takes off at 20:35 and lands at Doha’s Hamad International Airport at 22:25. The return journey, flight number IX998, leaves Doha at 23:25 and lands back in Bengaluru at 06:16 the next day.
The aircraft will be an Airbus A320, and the flight times will be about four hours and twenty minutes in each direction.
Ahmedabad to Sharjah
Indian low-cost carrier, SpiceJet, is introducing a limited-time service between Ahmedabad and Sharjah, a port city in the United Arab Emirates and the third largest after Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The flight will operate five times a week on Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Flight number SG95 will depart from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport, Ahmedabad, at 20:20 and will arrive at Sharjah International Airport at 22:20. The return trip will leave Sharjah at 23:20 and touch down again in Ahmedabad at 03:30 the following morning.
The flight time will be approximately two and a half hours in each direction, and the route will be served by Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
Lahore to London
Pakistan International Airlines will reintroduce its service between Lahore and London.
Flight number PK757 will depart from Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore, at 12:40 on Mondays and arrive at London Heathrow Airport at 17:00. The return trip, flight number PK758, leaves London on Sundays at 19:05 and arrives back in Lahore at 07:05 the following morning.
The flight will be served by Boeing 777-200 aircraft, and the journey time will be about eight hours and twenty minutes for the outbound flight and a little less for the return.
