9 Air to reintroduce Guangzhou to Osaka

June 6th, 2025. Air India has scheduled a new service linking Delhi with the Philippines capital, Manila. The flight will operate five times a week on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays starting from October 1st.

Flight number AI2362 will take off from Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport at 13:20 and arrive at Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Manila. The return leg will leave Manila at 23:40 and land back in Delhi at 03:50 the following morning.

The flight will be served by Airbus A321 aircraft and the duration will be six hours and fifty minutes for the outbound journey and ten minutes shorter for the return.

Hefei and Linyi to Osaka

Chinese low-cost carrier 9 Air is resuming services to Osaka from both Hefei and Linyi. Both services originate in Guangzhou with a domestic stop in Hefei on
Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, The stopover will be in Linyi on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The airline last operated Guangzhou to Osaka service in August 2023.

Flight numbers AQ1255 and AQ1257 will both depart from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport at 06:15. The former arrives at Hefei Xinqiao International Airport at 08:25 for an 80-minute stopover. It will depart from Hefei at 09:45 and land at Kansai International Airport, Osaka at 13:30. The return trip, flight number AQ1256, commences at 14:30 touching down in Hefei at 16:45. The flight back to Guangzhou is scheduled to depart 18:15 and land at 20:25.

AQ1257 will arrive at Linyi Qiyang International Airport at 08:50 for a 60-minute stopover. It continues its journey at 09:50, landing in Osaka at 13:30. The return leg, flight number AQ1258, will take off from Osaka at 14:30 and land back in Linyi at 16:30. It will depart again 90 minutes later at 18:00 and arrive back in Guangzhou at 20:50.

Both flights will be served by Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
