HK Express flies to Miyako Shimojishima and Indigo tees up at Hindon
June 25th, 2025. Starting on June 26th Cambodia Airways will introduce a service linking Phnom Penh with Penang in Malaysia. The flight will operate twice a week on Sundays and Thursdays.
Flight number KR785 will take off from Phnom Penh International Airport at 08:05
and will arrive at Penang International Airport at 10:55. The return trip, flight number KR786 will depart from Penang at 11:55 and land back in Phnom Penh at 12:40.
The route will be served by Airbus A319 aircraft and the journey will be a little under two hours in each direction.
Hong Kong to Miyako
HK Express will introduce a service linking Its home city with Miyako Shimojishima, one of the Okinawan chain of islands. Starting on June 27th the airline will offer four flights a week on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Flight number UO814 will depart from Hong Kong International Airport at 14:10 and arrive in Miyako Shimojishima at 17:25. The return leg, flight number UO815, will leave Miyako at 18:10 and will land back in Hong Kong at 19:35.
The flight time is about two hours and fifteen minutes and the route will be served by Airbus A320 aircraft.
Indigo going into Hindon
From July 20th Indigo will launch eight services from Hindon Airport. Hindon is a commercial domestic airport in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, north of New Delhi. Since Delhi’s main gateway, Indira Gandhi International Airport is located to the southwest, it will offer far greater convenience to residents living in Ghaziabad and to the northeast of the city.
The first eight destinations earmarked for the launch will be Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Indore, Kolkata, Mumbai, Patna, and Varanasi, most of which will be daily services.
