Asia to North America flights
Philippine Airlines has just launched a new service between Manila and Seattle. The flight will deploy a Boeing 777-300ER with 42 seats in business and 328 in economy class.
Flight number PR124 will leave Ninoy Aquino International Airport at 22:40 on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays landing at Seattle Tacoma International Airport at 19:15 on the same day. The return journey, flight number PR125, takes off from Seattle at 23:40, also on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays and will land back in Manila at 04:45 two calendar days later.
Seattle is the airline’s eighth North American destination. “As a vital gateway to Asia, this destination is especially meaningful for many Filipino Americans in the Northwest. It not only makes it easier for families to connect and reunite but also opens up wonderful opportunities to strengthen our business and tourism ties with the Philippines. Together, we’re building a bridge that brings us closer, both personally and professionally,” said Port of Seattle commissioner, Sam Cho.
Salt Lake City to Seoul
Delta Air Lines is set to launch direct daily flights between Salt Lake City and Seoul Incheon. When it takes off on June 12th, 2025 it will be the only flight linking Salt Lake City with anywhere in Asia. The route will be served by an Airbus A350-900 featuring the latest Delta One product, privacy doors.
Flight number DL173 will depart Salt Lake City at 11.05 and arrive in Seoul at 15:20 the following day. The total flight time will be about thirteen and a quarter hours. The return leg, flight number DL172, will take off from Seoul at 19:40 arriving back in Salt Lake City at 16:15.
Qatar to Toronto
From December 11th, 2024, Qatar Airways will launch a new flight between Doha and Toronto. The service will operate on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays with flight number QR767 leaving Doha’s Hamad International Airport at 09:50 and touching down at Toronto Pearson International Airport at 15:55. The return leg, flight number QR768, will take off from Toronto at 20:00 and arrive back in Doha at 16:30 the following day.
The route will be served by Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, equipped with 42 Qsuite business class seats, and 312 economy class.
