Air Asia and Vietjet add new routes

Air Asia has announced flights between Kuala Lumpur and Belitung off the East coast of Sumatra, Indonesia. Belitung is one of a cluster of picturesque islands featuring white sandy beaches, caves, lakes and waterfalls.

The route will launch on 2 October 2019 and the airline will also add daily flights between the island and Jakarta.

Meanwhile, Vietjet has announced new routes between to New Delhi from both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The Hanoi flights will operate three times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays starting from 7 December 2019. It will leave Hanoi at 19:10 arriving in New Delhi at 22:50. The return flight leaves New Delhi at 23:50.

The Ho Chi Minh City route will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays commencing 6 December 2019. It will depart from Ho Chi Minh at 19.00 and New Delhi at 23.50. Both routes are already available for booking.
