Ho Chi Minh City to Colombo route added to Vietnam Airlines timetable
July 24, 2026. Uzbekistan’s carrier, Centrum Air, has opened reservations for a service linking Tashkent and Pakistan’s largest city, Karachi. The flight launches on September 3rd and will depart twice a week on Thursdays and Saturdays, but with slightly different time slots.
On Thursdays, flight number C6565 will depart from Islam Karimov International Airport, Tashkent at 00:50 and will land at Karachi’sJinnah International Airport at 04:20. The return leg, flight number C6566, will leave Karachi at 05:20 and land back in Tashkent at 08:20.
The Saturday service departs from Tashkent at 23:20 and lands in Karachi at 02:35 the following morning. The return journey leaves Karachi at 03:35 on Sundays and touches down back in Tashkent at 06:45.
An Airbus A320 aircraft will be deployed for the route, and the flight times will be around three to three hours and thirty minutes, depending on the day of travel.
Ho Chi Minh City to Colombo
Vietnam Airlines has lined up a service between Ho Chi Minh City and the Sri Lankan capital, Colombo. The route is scheduled to launch on August 16th and will depart three times a week on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Flight number VN671 will depart from Ho Chi Minh’s Tan Son Nhat International Airport at 19:45 and will touch down at Bandaranaike International Airport, Colombo, at 23:35. The return leg, flight number VN670, will leave Colombo at 00:35 on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and arrive back in Ho Chi Minh at 07:15.
An Airbus A321 has been earmarked for the route. The outbound journey will be five hours and twenty minutes, and about ten minutes quicker for the return.
