SIA resumes its Barcelona and Madrid route
June 12, 2026. On September 26th, China Southern Airlines will launch a direct daily service between Guangzhou and the Indian capital, Delhi.
Flight number CZ359 will take off from Baiyun International Airport, Guangzhou, at 15:35 and will touch down at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport at 19:00. The return trip, flight number CZ360, will leave Delhi at 20:20 and land back in Guangzhou at 04:15 the following morning.
The outbound flight will take a little under six hours, and the return is scheduled at around five and a half hours. The route will be served by Boeing 737-Max 8 aircraft.
Singapore to Spain
Singapore’s football fans will be pleased to note that the Lion City’s national carrier, Singapore Airlines, is resuming its service to Barcelona and Madrid. The service will operate five times a week, departing on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Flight number SQ388 will take off from Singapore’s Changi Airport at 23:30 and arrive at Barcelona El Prat Airport at 06:40 the next morning. It will depart from Barcelona at 07:40, after a 70-minute layover, and touch down at Barajas International Airport, Madrid at 08:50.
The return journey, flight number SQ387, will depart from Madrid at 10:00 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. It will arrive in Barcelona at 11:15 for an 80-minute layover, and depart again at 12:35 before landing back in Singapore at 08:25 the following day.
The airline will deploy an Airbus A350-900 aircraft for the service. The outbound flight will be approximately sixteen hours and twenty minutes in total, and about one hour less for the return.
