New route to Dalian
Also, Tashkent to Guangzhou, and the Maldives to Bangkok
May 8th, 2026. IrAero will be launching a seasonal flight between Khabarovsk, in Russia’s far east, and the Chinese city of Dalian. The service will operate on Wednesdays only between June 24th and September 16th.
Flight number IO6587 will take off from Khabarovsk Novy Airport at 00:15 and arrive at Zhoushuizi International Airport, Dalian at 01:00. The return journey, flight number IO6588, will leave Dalian at 02:00, and arrive back in Khabarovsk at 06:20.
The outbound flight time will be approximately two hours and forty-five minutes, and about twenty minutes quicker for the return. A Sukhoi SuperJet SSJ100 has been earmarked for the trip.
Tashkent to Guangzhou
A new, once-a-week service between the capital of Uzbekistan, Tashkent and Guangzhou will be launched by Uzbekistan Airways on May 27th.
Flight number HY573 will depart from Tashkent International Airport at 18:40 every Wednesday and will arrive at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport at 04:00 the next morning. The return trip, flight number HY574, will leave Guangzhou at 05:30 on Thursdays and arrive back in Tashkent at 09:30.
A Boeing 787-800 aircraft will serve the route, and the journey time will be about six hours and twenty minutes for the outbound flight, and seven hours for the return.
Maldives to Bangkok
Maldivian has a short season of flights between Male and Bangkok lined up. The service will operate on Sundays only between July 12th and August 2nd.
Flight number Q22430 will take off from Male Velana International Airport at 11:10 and will arrive at Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok at 17:40. The return journey, flight number Q22431, will depart from Bangkok at 18:40 and touch down again in Male at 21:15.
The flight time will be about four and a half hours in each direction, and the route will be served by Airbus A320 aircraft.
