And TransNusa adds Jakarta to Lombok

April 17th, 2026. Singapore’s Scoot has added two new destinations in Indonesia to its timetable: Tanjung Pandan on Belitung Island, and Pontianak in West Kalimantan on the island of Borneo.

First to launch will be the service to Tanjung Pandan, which will operate twice a week on Sundays and Wednesdays commencing on May 3rd. Flight number TR284 will take off from Singapore’s Changi Airport at 05:45 and will arrive at Belitung (Tanjung Pandan) at 06:15. The return leg, flight number TR285, will leave Tanjung Pandan at 06:50 and arrive back in Singapore at 09:30.

An Embraer E190-E2 aircraft will serve the route, and the flight time is scheduled to be about ninety minutes, outbound, and a few minutes longer for the return.

To Pontianak

The service to Pontianak will launch on June 29th and operate three times a week with three different time slots.

On Mondays, flight number TR328 will depart from Singapore at 05:55 and touch down at Supadio International Airport, Pontianak at 06:30. The return journey, flight number TR329, will leave Pontianak at 07:05 and arrive back in Singapore at 09:30.

On Wednesdays and Saturdays, flight number TR340 will take off from Singapore at 11.55 and 11.25 respectively and will arrive in Pontianak at 12:30 and 12:00. The return trip, flight number TR341, will leave Pontianak at 13:10 on Wednesdays and 12:35 on Saturdays, landing back in Singapore at 15:35 and 15:00.

The journey time will be about ninety minutes each way and will also be served by Embraer E190-E2 aircraft.

Jakarta to Lombok

Meanwhile, TransNusa has launched a new domestic route connecting Jakarta with Lombok. The airline operates two flights daily with morning and afternoon departures.

The morning trip, flight number 8B-5161, takes off from Jakarta’s Soekarno-Hatta Airport at 05:00 and arrives at Lombok Airport at 08:00. The return journey, flight number 8B-5162, leaves Lombok at 08:30 and lands back in Jakarta at 09:30.

In the afernoons flight number 8B-5165 leaves Jakarta at 15:00 and is scheduled to land in Lombok at 17:45. The return leg, flight number 8B-5166, departs from Lombok at 18:15 and lands back in Jakarta at 18:45.

Airbus A320-200 aircraft serve the route, and the journey time is between an hour and a half and two hours
