Routes to South Korea
New services from Busan to Tokyo, also from Phu Quoc and Bangkok to Seoul
March 20th, 2026. T’way Air have lines up a service linking Korea’s southern port city, Busan, with Tokyo. The flight will operate daily between March 29th and May 20th. There will be no service between May 21st and September, but it will resume on September 2nd, operating five days a week on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Flight number TW255 will take off from Busan’s Gimhae International Airport at 07:55 and arrive at Tokyo’s Narita Airport at 10:45. The return leg, flight number TW256, will leave Tokyo at 11:45 and arrive back in Busan at 13:55.
The flight time will be about two hours and twenty minutes and will be served by Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
Phu Quoc to Seoul
Meanwhile, Sun PhuQuoc Airways will be launching a new service on the popular Phu Quoc to Seoul route starting on April 17th. The service will operate daily and will compete with about half a dozen other airlines serving the same route.
Flight number 9G450 will depart from Phu Quoc International Airport at 02:25 and touch down at Seoul’s Incheon International Airport at 09:55. The return trip, flight number 9G451, will leave Seoul at 12:35 and arrive back in Phu Quoc at 16:15.
An Airbus A321 Neo will serve the route, and the flight duration will be about five and a half hours in each direction.
Bangkok to Seoul
Reservations are also open for a daily Thai AirAsia service linking Bangkok with the South Korean capital.
Flight number FD677 will take off from Bangkok’s Don Mueang International Airport at 02:45 and will arrive at Seoul Incheon at 10:35. The return journey, flight number FD678, will leave Seoul at 12:05 and land back in Bangkok at 15:50.
The flight duration will be a little under six hours each way and will be served bay Airbis A320 Neo.
