Biman returns to the Pakistan capital
Uzbekistan Airways connects Namangan with Delhi, Ruili links Kunming and Phu Quoc
January 21st, 2026. After a thirteen-year hiatus, Biman Bangladesh Airlines is relaunching its route between Dhaka and the capital of Pakistan, Karachi. The service will hit the runway on January 29th and operate twice weekly, departing on Thursdays and Saturdays.
Flight number BG341 will take off from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka, at 20:00 and arrive at Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport at 23:00. The return journey, flight number BG342, will leave Karachi at 00:01 on Fridays and Sundays and will touch down again in Dhaka at 04:20.
The duration of the outbound flight will be approximately four hours, and about half an hour less for the return. The route will be served by Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
Namangan to Delhi
Starting on April 3rd, Uzbekistan Airways will introduce a service linking Namangan and the Indian capital, Delhi. Namangan is in the Fergana Valley, around 200 kilometres east of Tashkent.
The service will operate every Friday with flight number HY9431 departing from Namangan International Airport at 09:10 and arriving at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi at 12:15. The return leg, flight number HY9432, will leave Delhi at 13:45 and arrive back in Namangan at 15:55.
An Airbus A320 will serve the route, and the flight times will be about two and a half hours in each direction.
Kunming to Phu Quoc
Chinese low-cost carrier Ruili Airlines will be introducing a direct service connecting Kunming, the capital of Yunnan province, with the Vietnamese holiday island, Phu Quoc. The flight will operate three times a week, departing on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays starting on February 2nd.
Flight number DR5045 will take off from Kunming Changshui International Airport at 23:40 and arrive at Phu Quoc International Airport at 01:40 the following morning. The return journey, flight number DR5046, will leave Phu Quoc at 02:40 and arrive back in Kunming at 07:00.
The outbound journey will last for approximately three hours, and the return will be about twenty minutes less. The route will be served by Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
The airline’s website was painfully slow to load, but Skyscanner found a couple of agents offering the fare.
