S7 Airlines to introduce route linking Novosibirsk and Xian

December 31st, 2025. China Southern has put Wuhan to Bangkok back onto their route map, although the service will operate for a month only between January 31st and March 1st. The service will operate four times a week, departing on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Flight number CZ3029 will take off from Tianhe International Airport, Wuhan, at 23:00 and arrive at Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi International Airport at 01:50. The return journey, flight number CZ3030, will leave Bangkok at 02:50 on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and arrive back in Wuhan at 07:30.

The route will be served by a Boeing 787-800, and the journey time will be about three hours and fifty minutes for the outbound trip, and a little less for the return.

Novosibirsk to Xian

Starting on March 30th, Russian carrier S7 Airlines will launch a service linking Novosibirsk, in southern Russia and Xian, China. The flight will operate twice a week, departing on Mondays and Fridays.

Flight number S75727 will depart from Novosibirsk Tolmachevo Airport at 23:40 and will arrive at Xianyang International Airport Xian at 04:55 the following morning. The return journey, flight number S75728, leaves Xian on Tuesdays and Saturdays at 05:55 and lands back in Novosibirsk at 09:40.

The duration of the outbound flight will be approximately four hours and fifteen minutes, and the return will be about half an hour less. An Airbus A320 aircraft will serve the route.

I had difficulty checking this service via the airline’s website, but the app worked as expected.
