December 29th, 2025. IndiGo Air, India’s popular low-cost carrier, has lined up a new route between Delhi and London. The service will operate five round-trips a week, each with slightly different departure times.

Flight number 6E3 will take off from Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi, at 09:40 on Mondays and land at London Heathrow at 14:55. On Tuesdays, the timings will be 12:10 – 17:45; Thursdays 09:10 – 14:25; Fridays 10:55 – 16:10; and Saturdays 11:55 – 17:10.

The return journey similarly has a mix of departure and arrival times, with all flights arriving the morning after. Mondays 17:45 – 08:45; Tuesdays 19:35 – 10:35; Thursdays 16:30 – 07:30; Fridays 18:10 – 09:10; and Saturdays 19:10 – 10:10.

The flight time to London will be about ten hours and forty-five minutes, and the return will be about nine and a half hours. Boeing 787-900 will serve the route.

Delhi to Rome

Air India will be relaunching their Delhi to Rome service commencing on March 25th. The flight will operate four times a week on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Flight number AI123 will depart from Delhi at 13:15 and will touch down at Rome’s Fiumicino International Airport at 18:00. The return leg, flight number AI122, will leave Rome at 20:50 and will arrive back in Delhi at 09:00 the following morning.

A Boeing 787-800 will serve the route, and the journey time will be about nine hours and fifteen minutes for the outbound flight, and half an hour less for the return.
