New service from Algiers to Guangzhou
Batik Air Malaysia relaunches its Kuala Lumpur to Osaka service
August 29th. Reservations are now open for a new Air Algérie service, which will link the Algerian capital with Guangzhou. The service will launch on October 27th and will depart three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Flight number AH3180 will take off from Houari Boumediene Airport in Algiers at 09:15 and will arrive at Guangzhou’s Baiyun International Airport at 04:55 the following morning. The return leg, flight number AH3181, will depart from Guangzhou at 06:25 and land in Algiers at 13:30.
Airbus A330-900 Neo will serve the route, and the journey time will be a little under thirteen hours for the outward flight and a little over fourteen hours for the return.
The airline’s existing service between Algiers and Beijing’s Capital Airport will also increase from two to three flights a week, on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, deploying Airbus A330-200 aircraft for the flight.
Kuala Lumpur to Osaka
Malaysian carrier Batik Air will resume its direct service linking Kuala Lumpur with Osaka. The flight will operate three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays commencing on December 15th.
“Japan continues to be a dream destination for many Malaysians, and Osaka holds a unique charm with its rich history, vibrant urban culture, and extraordinary food scene,” said Chandran Rama Muthy, the airline’s CEO.
Flight Number OD860 will take off from Kuala Lumpur International Airport at 02:35 and will arrive at Osaka’s Kansai International Airport at 10:00. The return journey, flight number OD861, will leave Osaka at 13:30 and touch down again in Kuala Lumpur at 19:40.
Airbus A330-300 aircraft will serve the route, which will last around six and a half hours for the outbound flight, and about seven hours for the return.
