T’way to link Jeju with Singapore
Norse Atlantic adds London’s Gatwick to Bangkok route
June 17th, 2025. South Korean low-cost carrier T’way Air is increasing its presence in Singapore with a new service linking the city-state with Jeju. The service will take off on August 15th with five flights a week on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Flight number TW165 will depart from Jeju International Airport at 19:50 and arrive at Singapore’s Changi Airport at 00:45 the next morning. The return leg, fight number TW166, leaves Singapore at 02:15 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and lands back in Jeju at 09:20.
This will increase to a daily service from September 3rd. The flight time will be about six hours in each direction and will be operated by Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft.
Norse Atlantic adds Gatwick to Bangkok
Starting on October 26th Norse Atlantic Airways, a Norwegian low-cost carrier specialising in long-haul flights, will add a direct service between London’s Gatwick Airport and Bangkok. Initially, the service will depart three times a week on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. A Friday departure will be added from December 5th.
“We’re excited to launch direct flights between London Gatwick and Bangkok, a top choice among our travellers,“ commented the airline’s CEO Bjorn Tore Larsen.
Flight number Z0791 will depart from Gatwick Airport at 16:00 and arrive at Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport at 10:25 the following morning. The return journey, flight number Z0792, leaves Bangkok at 12:30 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from December 6th, and lands back in London at 18:30.
The flight will be served by Boeing 787 aircraft with the outbound journey lasting about eleven and a half hours and the return taking thirteen hours.
