Vietnam Airlines new routes to Beijing and Busan
February 24th, 2025. Commencing on March 30th Vietnam Airlines will launch a new service connecting Ho Chi Minh City with Beijing’s Daxing Airport. The flight will operate five times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays,
Flight number VN516 will take off from Ho Chi Minh’s Tan Son Nhat Airport at 00:45 and arrive at Beijing Daxing International at 06:30. The return leg, flight number VN517, will depart from Beijing at 08:30 and touch down again in Ho Chi Minh at 12:25.
The flight duration is four hours and forty-five for the outward journey, ten minutes longer for the return, and will be served by Airbus A321 aircraft.
The airline will also increase the number of flights serving Hanoi to Beijing’s Capital Airport to daily, up from the current five. Flight number VN512 departs from Hanoi’s Noi Bai Airport at 10:10 and arrives in Beijing at 14:45. The return trip, flight number VN513, takes off from Beijing at 15:45 and lands back in Hanoi at 18:40.
The journey is served by Airbus A321 aircraft and takes about three and a half hours to complete.
Nha Trang to Busan
Starting from June 1st, Vietnam Airlines will also increase to daily its non-stop service between Nha Trang and South Korea’s southern city, Busan.
Flight number VN434 will depart from Nha Trang Cam Ranh Airport at 23:35 and arrive at Busan’s Gimhae Airport at 06:05 the following morning. The return journey, flight number VN435, will take off from Busan at 08:00 and touch down again in Nha Trang at 10:35.
The flight duration is around four and a half hours each way and will be served by Airbus A321 aircraft.
